    To better understand this, were going to look at the DISC model of Behavioral Styles. Many instruments To interpret your own style as well as the style of others, consider two things: Pace (CLICK) and Priority (or Focus)

    The good news is this is a model for improving communication and understanding. The better we understand our differences, the easier to find common ground

    Consider this we have all 4 styles within us even though we have a natural, predominant style Therefore, we have the ability to flex our style think of this as using an adaptive style This indicates maturity and awareness that to improve communication or to work better together its necessary to lean to one of our lesser styles However, not sustainable ..

    What if a team was predominantly one style? Seems like it would be ideal, doesnt it?

    A client called me in to diagnose why a team of talented, highly skilled people were just not able to deliver anything on timeThey had long meetings. Everyones ideas were heard. They all got along really well. But they could never come to a final decision or go-forward plan on anything.
