Jesse Cushing was your average hipster in 2011, disenchanted with the music that restaurants were playing and with mainstream music in general. In fact, he was such a hipster that he was disgusted with mainstream restaurants as well. Unfortunately, food was a necessity for Jesse, so he had to deal with this inane “music” more often than any enlightened individual should. Then, one day, sitting down in yet another restaurant with poor musical taste with GOBBLE GOBBLE playing through his headphones, Jesse got an idea. A brilliant idea. And you’re sitting in it. He imagined a utopian restaurant that would play his kind of music: the obscure, indie kind. And it wouldn’t be just any restaurant; it would be the best kind: a coffee house. So here you go: welcome to Hipster House. Be sure to say your thank yous.
