Student/Parent Instructions:

Congratulations! It is finally time to pick up your caps & gowns and graduate gifts so to begin the celebration of your accomplishments! As per CDC sanctions, all occupants must remain in their vehicle. All items will be delivered to your vehicle and either handed to the occupant and/or set in the backseat/trunk. All personnel will be adorned with masks and gloves for the protection of all.

Students must be present to receive any of their senior materials.

Please place a sign (8.5x11 is fine) in your front windshield that clearly states student’s name in the format of Last name, First name.

When you enter campus, you will be directed by a staff member toward one of two lanes. There will be three separate pick-up locations, and a staff member will direct you to each station.

o Station one: Falcon Spirit gifts from the school

o Station two: Graduate gifts from the community

o Station three: Cap and gown, cords, medallion, diploma cover, and/or locker materials

- Herff-Jones, the company that handles all cap and gown orders, will be on campus to handle any order questions and/or issues.

Dunedin High School Senior Distribution Days

With campus being shut down prior to our return from Spring Break, many senior families and students were denied the opportunity to purchase their cap and gown, as well as pay for their graduation walk fees. For those of you who missed that opportunity, you may still make those purchases, if you so desire.

Cap and gowns are available for purchase now, and throughout the following weeks, as we await direction on our potential in-person ceremony. On the DHS website, if you click the Senior Announcement link to the left and then again on the graduation information link, you will see information to contact Herff-Jones for cap and gown.

Our graduation walk fees included several items, rental of Ruth Eckerd Hall, security, tickets, a medallion and diploma cover. As we await next steps on a potential in-person graduation site, we did want to make the medallion and diploma cover available for students. So beginning Monday, students who have not paid their walk fees, will be able to purchase a medallion and diploma cover via a link on the same page as the Herff-Jones link mentioned above. They are $20.34.
