2. Tender briefing is COMPULSORY to all interested companies.
3. Please present the original and a copy of valid CIDB certificate during the briefing and before
purchase the document.
4. The tender fee stated is for each tender and inclusive of 6% GST. Fee must in the form of BANK
DRAFT/ MONEY ORDER only payable to INSTITUT JANTUNG NEGARA SDN BHD.
5. POSTAL ORDER/ CASH will not be accepted. Only payment method stated will be ACCEPTED and
NOT-REFUNDABLE.
6. Vendors may purchase the tender document on 8.45am – 12.45pm or 2.45pm – 4.45pm (Monday –
Thursday) and 8.45am – 12noon or 2.45pm – 4.45pm (Friday) at Procurement & Materials
Management Department, Lower Ground Floor, Institut Jantung Negara.
7. IJN shall conduct an e-Bidding if deemed necessary to shortlisted vendors only.
