We are now processing payrolls in 14 countries with Ceridian and have 1 more country ready to go live. There are just 4 of us

involved in process. To save time and overcome the language barriers, we channel all communication through our Customer

Relationship Executive. Through bi-weekly calls and monthly service reports, we get complete visibility of how each country

is running operationally and financially. We receive GL and Gross to Net reports for each country which our CRE checks for

anomalies before sending them to us for final sign off.

We receive a regular invoicing report which shows us when every payroll related cost will hit out ledger enabling us to

understand and predict costs. We used to have regular calls with our Customer Relationship Manager to review the report

but now we have come to trust the numbers, we don’t need to so it’s also freed up valuable time.

We had experienced huge problems with our incumbent supplier… we were facing major legal liabilities and payroll

errors was impacting employee engagement. There were only limited service level agreements in place and 60% of

management time was being spent sorting out issues. We had lost control. With Ceridian, all our data is transmitted through

Ceridian’s secure infrastructure so at any one time we know where we are. Through the service reports we now have

complete visibility of the service inc. accuracy and security breaches putting us back in control.
