Our Key Team Bios:Jonathan NorthcottDesign DirectorJon graduated with an MA (RCA) from the Royal College of Art, as well as a BA(Hons) from Kingston University. Jon is a conceptual based designer with 14 yearsexperience in the Exhibition design industry. Jon has worked for a number of Blue-Chipcorporations, spanning clients in Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, IT, Telecoms, Gaming,Tourism & Automotive. Clients include; BAe, Boeing, Qatar Airways, Qatar Tourism,Xbox, Microsoft, Ericsson, Renault, Vodaphone, Thales, Embraer and Kodak. Conceptdevelopment is at the heart of Jon’s work, which is then developed & delivered through3d realisation.

After graduating with a BA in interior design and a BTech in in graphic design, Wichitjoined Pico Global as an exhibition designer and after four years of design and projectmanaging, CCW are extremely pleased to have Wichit on board with us.Wichit brings him, a wealth of experience and unbridled enthusiasm.

Our Key Team Bios:Paul GillinghamProduction DirectorPaul has a solid knowledge of the Exhibition Industry, gained over 18 years of workingin venues throughout the world, progressing through all levels of the industry to aSenior Project & Contract Management level. Paul’s experience has touched every aspectof project management – from financials, construction, logistics through to deliveringthe finished project onsite, working for some well-known big brand names across avariety of industry sectors. Such as Jaguar Cars, JCB, Nortel Networks, HewlettPackard, Aston Martin, Tivoli, Visit Wales, , ITV and Nissan Motors, Acer, Maersk Oil,LG, Ball Watch, Cuervo y Sobrinos, Charriol, Dreyfuss, Manjaz, Thales, Embraer andKodak

Our Key Team Bios:Karen ShefrasAccount DirectorKaren is a highly skilled senior project & account manager, having served the exhibitionand event industry since 1989. Karen has project managed and account handled manyblue-chip corporates, at some of the worlds largest events, which include; Xerox, 4000sqm booth at IPEX Birmingham NEC, Nokia at various events, and in Europe forshows such as IBC, Broadband World Forum, Paris Air Show, Mobile World Congress,in the USA - CTIA, NAB, CES, E3, Interop, Cabletec and in the UK – DSEi, WTM,ICE, BETT, Toy Fair, Boat Show, Maersk Global Exhibits Program, Embraer andKodak, In essence, Karen skills include liaison with the client, designers, contractorsand exhibition facilities. Ensuring projects are produced, delivered and installed withinthe client’s brief, and within budget

Our Key Team Bios:Sara FreaProject Director (CCW Milan Office)

After graduating in Milan, with an architectural, communication degree, anddevelopment, Sara has gained 10 years experience in international environment,monitoring and controlling project budgets and deadlines, distributing tasks to theworking team, develop strategic relationships with client, partners and suppliers. DCCWare extremely pleased to have Sara on board with us, and Sarah is currently applying allof her expertise, for one of our corporate client’s, and she is tasked with the delivery ofa mega pavilion, at the World Expo, in Milan, opening May 2015Sara brings her, a wealth of experience, Italian Style, and unbridled enthusiasm.

Our Key Team Bios:Claire FirbankFinancial ControllerClaire has significant experience in leading and contributing to successful and productiveteams within the BTL communications industry. Quick to develop innovative andcreative solutions to problems, she demonstrates the highest levels of organisational andpeople skills to ensure that corporate and team objectives are met, and all accounts arein order.

Our Key Team Bios:Ian ClinchCG Production ManagerIan is a visual effects supervisor with many years of experience in the Film andTelevision industry. He is experienced in blue screen shooting, 3D Animation andVisual effects direction. Ian has worked alongside the production departments of theBBC, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and ITV, on some of their majorproductions.

Our Key Team Bios:Anthony HicksCGi R & D ManagerWith more than 10 years experience within the television and games industry, hespecialises in Animation, editing and post-production. He is also fundamental inresearch and development into new and advanced 3D Animation and high endrendering techniques for both film and television.

Our Key Team Bios:Alan WhitmarshSenior Designer/CAD Architectural/Engineering DesignAlan has been working in the exhibition industry close to 30 years and is a highlyexperienced detailer, and Alan produces all of our CAD/Engineering drawings for ourglobal clients and also provided approval packs/submittals for the various showorganisers around the world
