DATA SHEET

Merge Cardio™ for Vascular Ultrasound

Although vascular surgeons are not always considered part of cardiology departments, they still operate primarily out of the cath lab. This status of being “separate but the same” necessitates CVIS features that address and accommodate the workflow issues unique to this specialty. Merge Cardio understands this reality and the software has been refined to ensure the needs of vascular surgeons are met.

Merge Cardio streamlines reporting for your vascular surgeons

Merge Cardio provides physicians with quick access to studies along with improved accuracy and enhanced throughput for reports. IAC compliant (formerly ICAVL) structured reporting with prompts for required fields complies with established standards and methods for the evaluation of quality vascular care. Full procedure support allows for in-depth reporting and recording for vascular procedures, ultimately enhancing vascular workflows.

– Full procedure support including transcranial, carotid, arterial and graft duplex, arterial physiologic evaluation, venous duplex, reflux evaluation, vein mapping, dialysis access (pre and post op), aortoiliac duplex, renal duplex and transplant evaluation, mesenteric and portal evaluation, and custom procedure creation

– Measurement import from ultrasound machines [DICOM SR 5100 supported]

– IAC (formerly ICAVL) compliant measurement trending, full procedure support, workflow status report

– Ranked #1 Best in KLAS in Cardiology four consecutive years, 2013-2017

Efficiency and convenience with Merge Cardio

The Merge Cardio measurement tool sets and protocols help physicians to quickly and efficiently complete studies. Measurement import from ultrasound machines automates the process and reduces the chance of entry errors. A web-deployed workstation for remote reading allows the physician to review studies anywhere and at any time, making the process of transferring cases more streamlined and convenient.

Simplify vascular analytics

The dashboard for real-time statistics allows the manager to view and assess tasks that are in progress and completed by the department’s vascular surgeons. Key metrics presented in the dashboard can in turn be used to inform decisions for better resource allocation and triaging.

Merge Cardio is not FDA cleared for diagnostic use on mobile devices. 2017 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Services
