The PDC and DTABC are committed to delivering a scientific program that focuses on areas of specialty that will enhance the skills, knowledge and the practice of dental technology here in BC.

The Exhibit Hall floor will bring together BC’s dental technicians and a selection of top notch companies to further enhance this exchange of knowledge as companies display their latest technologies and advancements.

Join us as an Exhibitor The Exhibits will be open from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, March 7 and attendees are provided with frequent opportunities to visit you at the DTABC Exhibit Hall. The Hall will be in the Vancouver Convention Centre - East Building, Meeting Room 1, 2, 3.

Exhibitor Services Kit An Exhibitor Services Kit will be provided to each registered exhibitor by Levy Show Services. The kit will include information regarding exhibit set-up and strike, order forms for additional rental items as well as Material Handling Order Forms. The kit will also include Customs and Shipping Forms from North American Logistics Services Inc. so that you can ensure safe shipping of your products and booth.

Booth Assignment Booth assignment will be done by the DTABC and will be based on first-come first-served, with preference given to high level Sponsors.

Cancellation Policy An exhibitor who cancels in writing prior to December 1, 2014 will forfeit 50% of the exhibit booth fee. For cancellations on or after December 1, 2014, 100% of exhibit booth fee will be forfeited.
