WELCOME FATHER EMILE YUBAN. Join us in giving a welcome to Fr. Emile Yuban to our
church community. Fr. Emile will be residing at the rectory and assisting Fr. Sergio in
ministry; effective November 1st. He is a student priest at Berkeley School of Theology and a
native of Cameroon. Please say hello to him when you see him around our grounds.

Faith Formation/ Formación de Fe
In October we celebrated the feast of Holy
Rosary by praying the missionary rosary. Each
mystery prayed for a different Continent of the
world. We invite you to continue to pray the
rosary with your family.

Saint John School
On October 27, our 2nd – 8th grade students were provided
the opportunity to gather together for mass for the first
time in a long time. Fr. Joseph, who has left our parish,
presided at the mass and led a relevant, age-appropriate,
and student-friendly homily. The students did very well.
They were incredibly reverent, and actively participated
by reciting prayers, vocalizing responses, singing, and
answering questions during the homily. The feedback
regarding the mass was overwhelmingly positive from
students, teachers, and parents and we look forward to
expanding our mass attendance by including Tk-1st grades
next month.
