GO WILDCATS!
The first of two School Safety Forums was held this week to discuss PISD’s #1 Goal for 2018 - the safety of students and staff. Mr. Marshall informed parents and community members of the district’s current safety measures in place, discussed the state of school safety across the country, and took input from the group on future safety measures. The next forum will be held on Monday, April 2nd at 5:30 pm in the PHS cafeteria. Please take this opportunity to provide input into the safety and security of Palestine ISD.

Tammy Jones Troup ISD Superintendent
Congratulations to Tammy Jones on her selection as the new superintendent of schools for Troup ISD. Mrs. Jones has served Palestine ISD as Assis-tant Superintendent of Instructional Services for the past three school years. Mrs. Jones has exhibited many strengths while at Palestine ISD that will serve her well in her new position as the superintendent for Troup ISD and we wish her the best in her new position. We appreciate Mrs. Jones for her dedication to the goals and vision of Palestine ISD and the district has enjoyed her being part of the PISD Team.
